The customer service at both Truganina and Hoppers Crossing was amazing. The smash repairers made quite a few errors in organising a rental and gave me the wrong details. The SIXT team was lovely in helping me navigate these issues. Staff were always friendly and attentive. The SUV I rented drove well, was very clean and was in great condition. I had interactions with multiple team members at both Truganina and Hoppers crossing - all of which were extremely positive.

Absolutely amazing service! Not just what you expect from a car rental company but they go above and beyond the usual customer service. Ali is not only extremely professional and friendly but he went out of his way to make sure that I had to make a huge detour to sort something out which was clearly my fault! Thank you so much for saving me half a day of running around!
