I really need to thank the staff, you just made my trip wonderful!
I reserved a car but was rejected at the counter since the new policy that China Drivers License won’t work in car rental in Austria.
The stuff was so helpful that he suggested a solution and made calls to Sixt branches in Germany to confirm that I can rent a car there.
It worked. So I still got a car to travel in Austria and Germany. Thanks to the staff here.

Went there for exchanging a car picked up from Freilassing. The person at the branch was very helpful and willing to help us however possible. Unfortunately there were no cars that suited our needs but they called another nearby branch and helped us get a car.
