The rental was simple and efficient

I rented a Kia Rio for 7 days. At pick up I was given a Citroen 3, which was also a great car. Pick-up was fast and all documents were as agreed on the reservation. All the scratches and dents on the car were well documented. The car itself was very good for the road trip - I could hear a little strange noise at the lower transmissions, but had no problems with it during the entire week. The car was clean - both inside and outside. The drop-off was fast. I received the full value of my deposit two hours after drop-off. I was very nervous before the pick-up, but ended up with a great experience. I paid 20-30% more than I could have with cheaper companies, but having read some horror stories about the condition of the car or the return of the deposit, I am glad I chose Sixt.
