Horrible customer experience - we were leaving to another city and came in the previous day and checked and they confirmed they open at 8 am but no one was here till 9:30 am! Upon asking for our car they say we needed to wait for 45 mins! When billing was done, he charged us the highest insurance even though we said we don’t want it since our credit card gives us insurance.
Upon that, he tells us it’s his last car and has to make as much money as possible on it! And he kept saying if we don’t want the car we can leave !
