We picked up a BMW 1 series at Roissy at the crack of dawn. We soon discovered that the every time the car pulled away from a stop a warning would sound that speed should be limited. With a three week rental this was not going to work. I tried everything I could think of in the many BMW menus and eventually we went to the Versailles location where a young agent took the time to drive with us, experience the problem, then search owners forums (which I should have done) for a solution. Then he fixed the problem expeditiously and with good humor. I was blown away. Outstanding service! I wish I had taken his name!
