Landed for Valentine’s Day with my wife and had pre booked and paid for a car online with Hertz. They didn’t let me take the car because I didn’t have a credit card in name as I had recently lost it but have everything else, they wouldn’t even accept tap pay for the security deposit. Sixt were able to accommodate and get me back on the road without a fuss. Macaela at front desk was a star so easy and smooth process!
