Located just outside the airport exit and easy to find.
They try and sell you a "special deal" that includes extra insurance and an upgrade. Maybe a little bit rude doing this discussion.
But they do not force any extras on you or surprise you with additional charges. I only paid the quoted price.
On returning the car, follow the signs for car rental until you see signs for "Sixt" and follow those signs instead. Drive towards the airport where the dropoff spaces are.

I was quickly emailed the final invoice and there were no additional charges added
