The service staff was extremely friendly, and the car rental process went very smoothly. Because our original car couldn’t fit our luggage, they upgraded our vehicle for free. Although we didn’t purchase their insurance, they still carefully explained the insurance details and clearly told us how to pick up the car. Also, when I forgot to bring my international driver’s license, they immediately contacted me via WhatsApp.

Had an amazing experience at Sixt with Ludovica! We had a little hiccup at the start (totally my fault for not bringing our physical driving license), but thankfully, my husband had his. Ludovica was incredibly patient throughout, guiding us through our options and ensuring everything went smoothly. She even managed to secure a full refund for our other booking—truly above and beyond! Thanks to her, we had a fantastic drive from Rome to Milan. Highly recommend! 🚗✨
