What an experience with sixt!! Shonny went over and beyond. We have traveled 10s of countries but Shonny was one of our best interactions, period!! Sixt already had a customer, staff are already paid their salary, as a customer I have my car for the day but Shonny genuinely creating this connection made me a lifetime customer for sixt and inspired us in what a great customer, personal care can do.
Car was great, 3 month old, 6k miles on it, super smooth, drove all the way to Brussel and back in 22 hours, was perfect size to park and drive in Brussels centrum.
