Louella helped us solve a complex problem, which was very refreshing after a long flight. Although the policies of sixt NL admin office are absolutely horrendous(not accepting certain banks), she managed to help me solve the issue.

I've rented many cars from Sixt in the Netherlands from multiple branches. I've always had a great experience and often received an upgraded car. Check-in is usually quick and precise as is returning the car. This experience was no different, and Sven at the counter was really friendly - he was not mistaken about the BMW i7 too - Absolutely amazing car. Great price. Fantastic service. What more is there to say? I'm already looking forward to my next "premium rental" with Sixt!
