We got the cheapest car available and it was perfect for our needs.

A positive experience generally for us and what you would typically expect from a car rental company. Cars had a few dints but they seemed thorough in recording them prior. After the hire, we did have a dispute over a subsequent fuel charge. But they were good responding to our emails and explaining their side. We both concluded there was a component of incorrect charge, but in good faith they went beyond and refunded the full amount. Because they handled the dispute constructively I would use them again.
