I’m surprised with the poor reviews given my experience with the Sixt team was exceptional. The shuttle bus service and drivers were helpful, polite, friendly and engaging. Collecting and returning the vehicle was swift and seamless. The vehicle was clean, reliable and affordable. The team’s customer service and support was impeccable and I applaud their efforts.
