I got excellent service from all parties involved in this rental. They tried their best to cater to my needs and I believe they succeeded at it. I even had an accident where the back window broke and they replaced my car pretty promptly. Also, they improved upon an offer from another car rental company 20 meters away in the Barcelona airport. I would definitely work again with SIXT in the future.
