We have never had such an easy experience with renting a car. We arrived in Fuerteventura with the intention of using public transport but at the last minute decided we needed a car. With only a debit card, we were unsure if we would be able to rent from anyone, but Sixt was so helpful. We went to the office in the car park and explained that we had not prebooked a car and only had a debit card. The agent was very helpful and explained everything clearly and we were driving away in a brand new Audi within 5 minutes. The service could not have been easier. On return, the agent met us at the car and done the return and evaluation within 5 minutes again, so easy. After a bad experience with another company last time, we would use Sixt again over another company anytime. Would highly recommend Sixt to others for ease of booking, flexibility with debit cards and friendly service.
