Arrival at Örebro airport was notoriously slow because of passport control, and we where the last ones out. Filip had alot of patience waiting for us to pick up the car and the hand-over was easy and straight forward. I had also called ahead before the pickup date (we flew in the day before Christmas) to make sure the car was suitable for the amount of luggage we brought, and when we got out to pick up the car, I was pleasantly surprised that he had upgraded to a larger size vehicle at no extra cost to us. Perfect!
