EDIT: Sixt followed up and sorted this out -- edit 1 star to 4. Very good customer service from main office, just unfortunate that they have to clean up the mess that an agent at a local office causes...
The agent told me I should get a prepaid fuel tank, but after six days travel I only used half. They refused to credit back the difference but I received compensation from customer service.

Just a 4 minute walk from Lausanne main station. Nice people, gas station directly next to it, sometimes quite hot in the rental office when it is sunny.
