Jigna (T2) was the most pleasant customer facing person I have met in quite some time. Despite some challenges we faced, she remained consistent throughout the process. Her positive attitude towards others reinforced my understanding of her genuine nature and dedication to her personal brand as well as Sixt.

We had an unexpected flight cancellation at Heathrow and urgently needed a car for 24 hours to get to family nearby. The whole situation was stressful, especially as we were traveling with our baby, but thankfully we were helped by Jignasha Bhatt at Sixt.
