The Rental Car Center is 2.5 miles away from the San Diego International Airport. Free dedicated shuttle buses will run continually between the airport terminals and the Rental Car Center. Approximate wait time between shuttles is 15-20 minutes.
Your way to SIXT
From all Terminals, after collecting any baggage, exit and follow "Rental car shuttle" signs. Shuttles are provided by the San Diego Airport and run every 15-20 minutes, 24 hours a day. It will take you directly to the Rental Car Center, where our SIXT branch is located inside.
SIXT parking
SIXT does not provide any on-site short-term parking. Short-term parking is available directly across from the Rental Car Center.
Return information
Navigate to our SIXT branch at 3355 Admiral Boland Way Rental Car Center, San Diego, CA 92101.
Once you arrive at the airport, follow signs for car rental returns. SIXT is on level 3 of the Rental Car Center. A SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return.
If returning after business hours, please check that you have all your belongings, lock the vehicle, and place the key in our SIXT key return box, which is located next to the SIXT booth near the escalator.
Free shuttles back to the airport depart on level 1 and run 24 hours a day.
