I had never rented from Sixt before, and when looking for a rental I honestly thought it might be fake because the vehicles were of such high quality and priced the same as the cheapest vehicle at other national rental chains. From start to finish the experience was seamless, affordable, and all together awesome. The team at Sixt DCA airport helped me with an upgrade to the 2024 BMW 740i, which is a phenomenal car, all while keeping the price very much within my budget. The lady working the desk was very nice and helpful as well. Overall, I will definitely be back, the customer experience was incredible. There were no strings attached, the prices and vehicle quality are in fact legit, and I will look to rent Sixt any chance I get moving forward.

Karl was incredibly helpful and thorough in explaining all the key details of the rental agreement.
