chose sixt because it has debit card (mastercard) as payment option as most of car rental companies requires credit card only. staff was very transparent. nadeem was very helpful. he explained everything thoroughly. we even received free upgrades on both of the cars we rented. the cars were all in good condition but one of the cars has noisy sound when driving above 100kmh but sixt staff called to reassure me that the sound is from the tires. deposit was fully refunded within a few days. happy with the service and will gladly rent a car with them if i was ever in sarajevo again

picked up a car and Nadim was super helpful. We were tired from the traveling and were expecting more trouble at the rental company, but Nadim made the experience remarkable. He explained everything and answered our questions promptly. Kudos to him and the rest of the team for their welcoming and professional behavior.
