We returned our rental car (09/03/25 @ 12PM) after spending a week with it from this location, and Kerim was the one who assisted us. Let me tell you -- it was super quick and easy!! I arrived a bit lost, but he immediately guided me on where to park, swiftly checked the car (which, by the way, was in perfect condition), and the whole process was seamless. In short, it was a 10/10 experience! Kudos to the entire Sixt team, especially to Kerim, for his outstanding help that day!!

I did rent a Renault Clio from Sixt office in Sarajevo Airport. I was arriving from Cairo, Egypt and already planned the rental with Mr. Adi. When I arrived, everything was confirmed as I wanted to pick up the car after 2 days to make a road trip Sarajevo- Mostar-Sarajevo . Everything was very smooth, Mr. Adi and the other colleagues were very friendly and informative. When I received the Car it was in perfect conditions with the fuel tank full. I asked for a mobile holder to fix the mobile while using GPS as this was my first time driving in the Balkan Countries and they provided me with it free of charge.
Mr. Adi gave me his number and the number of his colleagues to contact them 24/7 in case of any problem with the Car . It was a wonderful experience. I will always go with Sixt for a Car rental.
