Excellent website but I was reserving basically at the end of the day for immediate pickup. So I had to call in and received really good service from the person who was the telephone attendant. She reserved me a car and I was able to pick it up right then. The person who greeted me at the counter was excellent and I was out in the car in no time. Price was great too. All around an excellent experience.

I had new rav4 hybrid for more than a week, Car was cool, 40mpg. Duane who gave me car did perfect job and made nice price of additional insurance. I returned car washed, but didn't have to what I was told during key return :)
