We note the battery level both when you collect the car and when you return it.
- Received the car above 80% charge? Bring it back at 80% or higher.
- Received it below 80%? Return it at that same level.
If you can't recharge before drop-off and haven't taken the prepaid charging add-on, you'll only pay for the electricity (in kWh) needed to bring the battery back to its starting level, up to 80%. Rates are posted at the branch.
